A TEENAGE boy has been charged with the murder of a 69-year-old restaurateur.
Sue Addis, who co-owned Donatello in the heart of The Lanes in Brighton, was found dead on Thursday evening at her home in Cedars Gardens in Withdean, Brighton.
Ms Addis was found with stab injuries but her cause of death has not yet been confirmed and a postmortem will be held on Monday.
Sussex Police said: "The boy, who cannot be publicly named for legal reasons, was charged on Friday evening on the authority of the CPS, and is to appear in custody at Brighton Magistrates Court today.
"The boy and the deceased are known to each other.
"Police are not currently looking for anyone else in relation to the crime and there continues to be no risk to the local community."
The investigation is being carried out by detectives from the Surrey and Sussex Major Crime Team, working with local officers.
