A WANTED suspect who has been missing for nine months may be in Scotland.
Detectives have offered a £1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of Alex Evans.
The 27-year-old has been on the Sussex Police wanted list since March 7.
Police were called to investigate an incident outside the Cameo nightclub in Langney Road, Eastbourne in the early hours of the morning.
Two men were knocked unconscious and another suffered a broken jaw.
An 18-year-old woman and three men aged 18, 20 and 27 were the victims of the attacks.
A suspect punched them to the ground, leaving two men briefly unconscious and in need of hospital treatment.
Doctors later discovered the 20-year-old man had suffered a broken jaw in the assault.
Now police have stepped up their bid to find Evans, who has brown hair and distinctive tattoos on his neck and ears. He could be in the Dundee area.
Detective Constable Richard Drury said: “We are offering the reward for information which leads to the arrest of Alex Evans. We are keen to hear from anyone who has seen him or has any information about his whereabouts.
“We have received information that suggests he may be in the Dundee, Tayside area and we are working with colleagues in Police Scotland to trace him.”
Anyone who sees Evans should call 999.
Meanwhile anyone with information about his whereabouts should report it to Sussex Police online or call 101 and quote reference 177 of 07/03/2020.
