However the agent states that the home “requires modernisation” and photos show that all rooms in the house certainly need a lot of TLC.
But the property also looks bright and spacious, and in the right hands it could be transformed.
It is £70,000 cheaper than the next property listed on the site which is not for retirement – a three-bedroom house in Lower Bevendean Avenue, which is further from the city centre.
And the next three-bedroom terraced house listed in the same BN1 postcode will cost £100,000 more, at £280,000.
