The group were later spotted filming outside Boots in St George’s Road, Brighton.
Joe, who lives in Hove, could be seen wearing a woolly hat and a winter coat with a fur-lined hood.
It is currently unclear what the cast, and crew were filming for.
Filming for new ITV drama series Grace is currently underway in various locations across Sussex, however there is no mention of Joe in the cast list.

Facebook users were quick to speculate as to what the crew may have been shooting.
One user suggested that Joe may have a role in the ITV series, Grace, whilst another said it could be a remake of Blackbeard the Pirate, due to his thick, dark beard.
Joe is set to return as his character, Pat the Postman, in the third season of Ricky Gervais’ Netflix series, Afterlife.
He also stars in Netflix comedy series, Sex Education, as well as making regular appearances on Channel 4 panel show, Eight out of Ten Cats does Countdown.
