A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of Sergeant Matt Ratana, who was shot dead at a police station in Croydon.
The 54-year-old rugby coach from Goring died from a gunshot wound to the chest in September.
Police confirmed a 23-year-old man, who was taken to hospital with a gunshot wound on Friday, September 25, was now fit to be arrested.

His condition, originally critical, has since stabilised and is no longer considered life-threatening.
The man remains in hospital and officers will liaise with the relevant medical and legal teams to make an assessment of when he will be fit for interview.
Sgt Ratana's partner, his son and wider family have been informed of the arrest.
