A MAN suspected of drink-driving has been ordered to clean up his act.
Michael Lambert was stopped by police on the A27 at Southwick Tunnel. The 25-year-old, of Seafield Road, Hove, failed to provide a blood test for analysis.
Worthing Magistrates’ Court heard how Lambert has “previous convictions for like offences”. He was banned from driving for two years and five months.
Magistrates imposed a 12-week suspended prison sentence, with an alcohol treatment programme.
They said he would have to complete six months of treatment and pay a £122 surcharge and £85 costs.
