A MAN has been charged with murder after a woman’s body was found.
Police were called to a house in Collyer Avenue, Bognor on Saturday afternoon.
Neighbours were concerned that 52-year-old Ruth Brown had not been seen or heard from for a few days.
She was found dead.
In a tribute, her family said Ruth was a “wonderful, loving woman”.
They said: “Her loss under such dreadful circumstances leaves a gap that will never be filled.
“She was a mother, a daughter, a sister, well known, loved and respected by us and her circle of friends in Bognor and beyond.”
Following the discovery, police have charged 47-year-old Wayne Morris with murder on Monday.
The refuse worker, of Larch Close, Bognor, will appear before Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
