AN MP is to make his film debut.
Worthing and Shoreham MP Tim Laughton is appearing in his first feature film – made in Brighton by the UK’s youngest film director Elliot Hasler.
Elliot, 19, cast the MP as the Home Secretary of 1927, William Joynson-Hicks.
The scene involves him meeting Mercedes Gleitze, the first British woman to swim the English Channel.
The film is called Vindication Swim.
