A JURY has been sworn in for the two men accused of murder in a quiet residential street.
Francesco D’Agostino and Giuseppe Petriccione are to stand trial over the killing of 21-year-old Serxhio Marku in Stafford Road, Brighton.
Police were called to Stafford Road on September 11 last year.
The trial will be opened by the prosecution tomorrow (Tuesday).
D’Agostino, 44, of Stafford Road, Brighton, and Petriccione, 45, of no fixed address are both kitchen workers in the city.
Judge Christine Laing QC is presiding over the trial, which is expected to last for four weeks at Lewes Crown Court.
Both men deny the murder of Mr Marcu, from Albania.
