EYESORE scaffolding which has blighted a town for years will soon be taken down.
Plans to build ten flats in Seaford’s Talland Parade have stalled for years after they were first approved in 2012.
But Lewes District Council planning chief Councillor Emily O’Brien believes the project will soon be completed as it is in contact with the developer.
“We will continue to monitor progress on the site right up until the flats have people living in them,” Cllr O’Brien said.
