STAFF at two sixth-form colleges will strike for the third time tomorrow in a bid to boost Government funding.
National Education Union members at Bhasvic in Hove and Varndean College in Brighton will join staff across the country in protesting against funding cuts to colleges.
Staff at both colleges will also strike on February 27 and March 10.
National Education Union joint boss Dr Mary Bousted said the Conservatives had neglected college education.
"No wonder our members are angry and determined to secure a properly funded post-16 sector for both students and staff," she said.
"Education Secretary Gavin Williamson must take heed of this very real concern from a long-suffering sector.
"Otherwise the crisis in 16-19 funding will continue."
The union has demanded improved pay, conditions, and employment through extra Government funding.
