A MAN who was injured in a suspected hit-and-run on the seafront is still in a serious condition in hospital.
Three men were left critically injured when they were struck by a car in Marine Parade, Brighton, on December 3.
One of the injured, 20-year-old Suel Delgado, later died from his injuries.
Police said an 18-year-old man remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
A 22-year-old man has now been released from hospital.
Three suspects arrested after the incident have been released under investigation.
Police launched Operation Danebridge and said they were called to the scene shortly after 5am on the Sunday.
There were reports of a large fight between two groups. A BMW X6 was later found abandoned in nearby Middle Street, Brighton.
