IS IT really true that everyone has a doppelganger?
With the amount of celebrity lookalikes spotted this year, it’s starting to seem that way.
And the latest is possibly the most convincing yet.
It’s from Rob Francis from Sompting.
The 47-year-old domestic appliance engineer said he is often confused for EastEnders actor Adam Woodyatt.
The 51-year-old plays Ian Beale in the popular BBC One soap.
Mr Francis told The Argus: “I would say it is mentioned about once a week.
“Years ago I was often likened to Ali Campbell, Suggs, Gary Barlow and Ronan Keating, but now sadly it’s Ian Beale.
“ I am single looking for the next Mrs Beale.”
Adam Woodyatt is the show’s longest-serving actor, having played the role for 34 years, and the only one to have appeared continuously since its inception in February 1985.
In 2019, he appeared on Celebrity Masterchef.
Do you or anyone you know have a famous lookalike?
