A YOUNG boy who has been missing for days has been spotted at a supermarket.
George Maynard had not been seen since Sunday but was sighted near the Morrisons store in St James's Street, Brighton, at about 7pm yesterday.
The 12-year-old is missing from his home in South Godstone, Surrey, but is known to have links to Brighton and Hove.
PC Lucy Goering said: "We are concerned for George, due to his age and consequent vulnerability and believe he is still in the city."
George is white, slim and has blond hair.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: "Anyone who sees George should call 999 or if you have any information on his whereabouts report online or ring 101 quoting serial 631 of 28/10."
At 1.22pm (October 30) a Sussex Police spokesman provided an update.
He said: "George Maynard, 12, who had been missing from his address in Surrey since October 27 and who had been sighted in Brighton, was found safe and well in the city on Wednesday morning."
