ANOTHER person has been charged after a video emerged of liquid being poured on a 60-year-old man.
Peter Derbyshire, 37, of Elm Tree Close, Bognor Regis, has been charged with assault , has been charged with assault after the incident in Duke Street, Brighton, on October 13.
The roofer has been released on conditional bail to attend Brighton Magistrates’ Court on 7 November.
Dana Hooper, 24, unemployed, of George Williams Mews, Portslade, had previously been charged with assault.
She has been released on unconditional bail to attend Brighton Magistrates’ Court on the same date.
The victim was reportedly kicked and punched by a group of people at about 8.35pm.
He was taken to hospital to be checked over and was released.
A further 31-year-old man from Brighton, was arrested on suspicion of affray and assault.
A 32-year-old woman from Brighton, was also arrested on suspicion of affray.
They have both been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
