A ROAD has been blocked while emergency services try to get a person out of a building.
Police, the ambulance service and a fire engine are currently in Osmond Road, Hove, trying to get the person out of a house in the street.
Residents report an aerial ladder from a fire engine is pointed towards the second story window of a building.
A Brighton and Hove Buses spokeswoman said: "Due to a fire engine and Police cars by Osmond Road in Brighton, our 7 services are currently diverting via Montefiore Road, Old Shoreham Road and Dyke Road in both directions, between stops Lyon Close/Montefiore Hospital and Seven Dials."
