The film called “The Maddest Day Ever In Brighton” shows the group cycling into oncoming traffic in the middle of the city, arguing with passersby and rampaging through the superstore in front of shocked shoppers.
One youth in the group of about 15, who are believed to be aged between 13 and 17, wrestled with an elderly customer before another punched a shopper in the chest.
Moments earlier in the video, posted on YouTube, they were cycling on one wheel into oncoming traffic in London Road, laughing as they weaved in and out of cars.
