IN MAY and June, these Brighton and Hove food outlets have been given a “five" rating for hygeine.

Five is the highest possible score and means inspectors found that food hygeine standards are "very good".

This is the rating every restaurant and takeaway should be aiming to achieve.

There are six ratings a business can receive, ranging from zero (urgent improvement necessary) to five (very good).
