A MAN has been held in custody charged with intimidating a witness he is accused of assaulting.
Abubaker Deghayes, of Arundel Drive East, Saltdean is accused of intimidating last Monday Einas Absulyen in Oklands Drive Saltdean.
Father of three Deghayes was already accused of assaulting his sons' mother Ms Absulyen causing actual bodily harm. Deghayes is also accused of breaching his previously imposed bail conditions
Brighton Magistrates' Court revoked Deghayes' bail on Thursday and he was remanded in custody to appear at Lewes Crown Court on December 14.
