WORTHING Fire Station hosted a presentation evening awarding the money raised at this summer’s open day to charities.
This is the third successful year in which Worthing firefighters have joined forces with Broadwater Carnival Society to raise vital funds for local community-based charities.

The five charities are:
• Worthing District Community First Responders
• Buddys (café and drop-in centre run by Mencap)
• West Durrington Phoenix Club
• WADARS (Worthing & District Animal Rescue Service)
• The Fire Fighters Charity
