FIRE crews were called out in the early hours of this morning to a blaze in a flat.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (WSFRS) were called out to the incident at Jubilee Court, Mill Road, Worthing at around 12.45am.
Two appliances were originally sent to deal with the fire, but then another four appliances soon arrived on the scene to assist.
Eight breathing apparatus were used, as well as two hose reels, a thermal imaging camera and a fan to extinguish the fire.
An ambulance was also called to the scene, but no injuries have been reported.
WSFRS are investigating the cause of the fire.
