The incident took place in Gatwick Road, Crawley
A MOTORCYCLIST was killed in a crash involving two cars this morning.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident that took place in Gatwick Road, Crawley, just before 8.15am.
Despite the efforts of paramedics once they arrived, the motorcyclist died at the scene.
The drivers of the two cars involved, a Vauxhall and a Mercedes, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Gatwick Road and Hazelwick Road remain closed and motorists are being asked to avoid the area.
