A DRINK-DRIVER who was more than four times the legal limit has been handed a suspended prison sentence.
James Goldsmith, 41, of Harlequin Place, Crowborough, was disqualified from driving for five years for the offence.
He was caught behind the wheel in High Broom Road in the town on March 27.
He pleaded guilty and magistrates handed him an 18 month prison sentence, suspended for a year.
He was ordered to carry out 240 hours of unpaid work and told to pay a £115 surcharge to fund victim services.
