What is your favourite place in Sussex?

I’ve just moved house, so I really love being at home at the moment.

Other favourite haunts include Brighton Electric Studios and Green Door Store, both excellent places for Brighton musicians.

Also, i really like theseafood shack on West Worthing beach.

What do you love most about living in Sussex?

There’s some great strolling to be done in Sussex.

Of course, the Downs are great for serious walking, but I work in Brighton and live in Worthing.

In both, I appreciate just being able to stroll to the sea, to the pubs (of which there are many) and to the shops.

What advice do you have for your 12-year-old self?

I would tell my younger self to be a little less scared of everything.

What is your most valued possession?

My health is my most valued possession.

And I have two bass guitars, which are pretty precious to me.

They have been with me through thick and thin.

What is your biggest regret?

My regrets are usually eBay purchases.

What is your biggest fear?

Aside from the big, obvious ones – death etc – I’m pretty fearful of biting in to mouldy bread or drinking bad milk.

What is your proudest achievement?

I’m very proud of the stuff we’ve achieved recently at Carousel but that is always a team effort.

Personally speaking, my proudest moment would have to be my wedding day.

Which five people (living or dead) would you invite to your fantasy dinner party?

Five people? It would have to be Geri, Emma Bunton, Posh, Mel C and then Melanie Blatt from All Saints.

Seriously though, it would take me forever to answer this.

I’ve got a group of five close friends who I don’t see enough of, so maybe those guys.
