DEVELOPERS have revealed the first sketches of a proposed £200 million redevelopment scheme of 600 homes set on a former industrial estate
International developers Mountpark plans for the Sackville Trading Estate and Corralls coal yard in Hove also includes 50,000sqft of offices and 20,000sqft of "cultural industrial space".
For residents, at a meeting in St Barnabas Church in Sackville Road, it was their first chance to see the scale of the project planned for their area.
Philip O Callaghan, Mountpark managing director, said: "This will be a catalyst towards wider regneration in the Hove Station area, and the larger Brighton and Hove area as well."
