TOP hockey player Giselle Ansley gave advice and training tips when she paid a visit to a school.
The Rio Olympic gold medallist was at Hurstpierpoint College’s prep and senior schools where she gave a motivational talk and gave them a chance to hold her gold medal.
There was also a question and answer session and Ms Ansley also helped with some coaching and taught students some extra sills.
Ms Ansley has trained twice a day, six days a week, for the past four years.
As well as an Olympic Gold medallist in Rio, she is also a hockey European champion and Commonwealth silver medallist.
Hurst Hockey coach Dominic Bowden said: “It was an exciting day for the pupils - it’s not every day you get to touch a recently achieved Olympic gold medal. Giselle inspired everyone she spoke to at Hurst and we are really grateful to her for coming in.”
