A TEENAGE boy is in hospital today after falling from scaffolding.
The accident happened just after 11.30pm last night in Wellington Place, Hastings.
Police were called after the 14-year-old fell off the temporary structure near one of the town's shopping precincts.
He was rushed to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton and described as being in a stable condition.
A police spokeswoman said there were no suspicious circumstances. She was unable to elaborate on the injuries sustained or how the boy came to be on the scaffolding.
