AN NHS trust has appointed a new director to its board.
Mike Jennings will take up his post as director of finance and estates at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust in October.
He is currently commercial director at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which was recently given an outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission.
Mr Jennings is a qualified accountant, who has lived in Brighton for 19 years and has previously had posts at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
He said: I am looking forward to taking on this new role. With their recent CQC good rating, and having been authorised as a foundation trust earlier this year, it is an exciting time to be joining this dynamic and forward thinking organisation.”
The trust provides community services in Brighton and Hove, West Sussex and parts of East Sussex.
