A CRASH between a lorry and a van is being investigated as possible road rage.
The lorry and Ford Transit van first crashed on the A259 Tanyard Lane, in Winchelsea near the junction with Strand Hill, at about 2.20pm on Sunday July 31.
Sussex Police said it appeared the lorry, which had a trailer carrying fairground equipment, failed to stop.
They said the van driver then managed to follow it towards Ashford, Kent, and get in front of it.
A police spokesman added: "The lorry then went into the rear of the van. Both drivers got out and an argument ensued before police were called."
Both drivers were uninjured but a 46-year-old woman passenger in the van suffered whiplash.
Police are seeking witnesses and are particularly interested in speaking to two motorcyclists who saw the initial collision.
