Barry Attree, 57, an estate agent, of West Heath Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, was arrested in Church Road, Crowborough, on 6 June and charged with driving while unfit through drugs.

He pleaded guilty at Hastings Magistrates' Court on 3 August and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a £440 fine, £85 costs and a £44 victim surcharge.

Wesley Twyman, 38, a sales representative, of Swanborough Drive, Brighton, was arrested in Sutherland Road, Brighton, on 11 June and charged with driving with 64mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 29 July and was disqualified from driving for 17 months. He was also ordered to pay a £420 fine, £85 costs and a £42 victim surcharge.

Brygidia Storey, 35, a manager, of Rudyard Road, Brighton, was arrested in John Street, Brighton, on 25 June and charged with driving with 40mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in her system.

She pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 10 August and, due to the short distance driven to park her vehicle securely, had her licence endorsed with six penalty points. She was also ordered to pay a £410 fine, £85 costs and a £41 victim surcharge.

Andrew Stace, 35, unemployed, of Evelyn Avenue, Rustington, was arrested in Church Road, Tarring, on 25 June, and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and possession of cannabis.

He pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 26 July and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a £120 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Clare Cole, 31, unemployed, of Findon Road, Crawley, was arrested in Crawley Avenue, Crawley, on 26 June, and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving with a revoked licence, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

She pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on 10 August and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. She also received a 12-month community order, and was ordered to pay a £120 fine, £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

Shaun Whelan, 29, a carpenter, of Westbourne Villas, Hove, was arrested in Albany Villas, Hove, on 30 June, and charged with driving with 95mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system and driving with no insurance.

He pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 28 July and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He also received a 16-week community order, and was ordered to pay a £85 fine and a £85 victim surcharge.

Renato Bejam, 23, a courier, of Ifield Road, Crawley, was arrested in Ifield Road, Crawley, on 2 July and charged with driving with 83mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on 8 August and was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay a £350 fine, £85 costs and a £35 victim surcharge.

Kevin Clark, 59, a builder, of Town Barn Road, Crawley, was arrested in Langley Parade, Crawley, on 2 July and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.

He pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on 1 August and was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, and pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

Scott Maysey, 26, a roofer, of Grinstead Lane, Lancing, was arrested in High Street, Shoreham, on 2 July and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.

He pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 26 July and was disqualified from driving for 42 months. He was also ordered to pay a £420 fine, £85 costs and a £42 victim surcharge.

Bradley Knowles, 30, a sales representative, of Brooks Lane West, Bognor Regis, was arrested in Bradlond Close, Bognor Regis, on 3 July, and charged with driving with 42mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system and driving with no insurance.

He pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 26 July and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a £425 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Mike Boodram, 55, a spray painter, of Beach Road, Newhaven, was arrested in North Way, Newhaven, on 5 July and charged with driving with 44mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 21 July and was disqualified from driving for 13 months. He was also ordered to pay a £260 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Luke Barclay, 27, self-employed, of Aneurin Bevan Place, Rugeley, Staffordshire, was arrested on the M23 at Crawley on 6 July and charged with driving with 52mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

He pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on 25 July and was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was also ordered to pay a £480 fine, £85 costs and a £48 victim surcharge.

Daniel Garrigan, 36, a breeder, of Turnstone Close, Chichester, was arrested on the A27 at Chichester on 6 July and charged with driving with 46mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

Mike Ako, 22, a chef, of no fixed address, was arrested in Hanover Terrace, Brighton, on 8 July, and charged with driving with 56mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system and driving with no insurance.

Callum Brooks, 31, a teacher, of Groveley Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, was arrested in Bexhill Road, Pevensey, on 8 July and charged with driving with 59mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

Waldemar Jarecki, 51, self-employed, of Adamson Court, Crawley, was arrested on the M23 at Crawley on 9 July and charged with driving with 64mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

Jakub Skowronski, 34, a courier, of Freshfield Road, Brighton, was arrested in Middle Street, Brighton, on 9 July, and charged with driving with 87mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system and possession of cannabis.

Brian McArdle, 52, a joiner, of Cromwell Road, Hove, was arrested in Wilbury Villas, Hove, on 9 July and charged with driving with 99mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.

Jessica Cannon, 29, unemployed, of Harrop Street, Worsley, Manchester, Lancashire, was arrested on the B2195 at Horsham on 9 July, and charged with driving with 90mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in her system, driving with no insurance and driving with a revoked licence.

She pleaded guilty at Crawley Magistrates' Court on 26 July and was disqualified from driving for 23 months. She was also ordered to pay a £120 fine, £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Mariusz Lullis, 27, a forester, of Park Road, Bognor Regis, was arrested on the A259 at Wick on 9 July, and charged with driving with 50mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system, driving while disqualified and driving with no insurance.

He pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 28 July and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to carry out 250 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, and pay £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.

Robert Manila, 23, a builder, of Anzac Close, Peacehaven, was arrested in Pelham Rise, Peacehaven, on 10 July, and charged with driving with 62mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system and driving with no insurance.

He pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court on 25 July and was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay a £346 fine, £85 costs and a £35 victim surcharge.

Jasmine Karyer, 23, a waitress, of Peel Close, Wick, was arrested in Manning Road, Wick, on 10 July and charged with driving with 94mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in her system.

She pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 2 August and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. She was also ordered to pay a £410 fine, £85 costs and a £41 victim surcharge.

Christopher Hill, 61, retired, of Lowther Close, Eastbourne, was arrested in Sevenoaks Road, Eastbourne, on 10 July and charged with driving with 40mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in his system.
