DEMOLITIONS experts have blown up two Second World War bombs on the cable route of the Rampion windfarm.
The bombs were discovered on the seabed earlier this year by workers laying the cable between the windfarm and the shore.
The first controlled explosion took place on Tuesday at 3.45pm with the second taking place yesterday.
The force of the explosion could be seen from Lancing Beach with water shooting up into the air.
The windfarm is due to be completed in 2018.
