Pells Pool in Lewes
A HISTORIC swimming pool will be opening its doors for its 155th year later this month.
Pells Pool in Lewes opens on Saturday, May 14 at noon for the first swim of the year.
The 46 metre pool is the oldest documented freshwater outdoor public swimming pool in the United Kingdom.
Once opened, swimmers can use the pool every day until September.
