A blackout has left numerous homes and businesses without power in Brighton and Hove.
UK Power Networks are reporting properties in and around Kemp Town have been left without power since 1.50pm.
Engineers are on the scene and the operator is predicting power will be back on by 4pm while they repair a fault with an underground cable.

A spokesman for UK Power Networks said: "There is currently a power cut in this area.
"Our engineers are working hard to fix it as quickly as possible. We are sorry for any trouble this may have caused you.
"Potentially affected postcodes: BN1 1,BN2 0,BN2 1,BN2 2,BN2 9."
He added: "An underground electricity cable has faulted on our high voltage network, causing an area wide power cut."
