I note the Labour Government's decision to ratify an EU "treaty" without recourse to a democratic referendum.
An EU treaty will no doubt be some form of cut-down constitution, but the public are deliberately kept in the dark regarding the nature of the treaty, as they have been about all legislation to centralise power within the EU away from national democracies.
The Labour Government is clearly prepared to use executive measures to abolish sovereignty and national democracy.
I would like to know what form of treaty or constitution is now being ratified by the Prime Minister. What powers will be ceded to the EU? Where is the information available to the public (in clear and concise form) so that we are kept fully informed of the democratic future of the UK?
