Sporadically entertaining, with inventive ideas which work to varying degrees, 100% Recycled Improv Comedy comprises a group improvising their way through a selection of games, of which by far the most successful is Should've Said, where the spectators shouted out that title whenever they pleased, in order to change the narrative of the sketch about a father and son in ante-natal clinic.
The interactive element of this daring show is essential - the audience must work for their comedy as they dictate the ingredients to each narrative.
Despite the imaginative use of improvisation, however, the performers sometimes stifle each other's most funny moments in their own eagerness to act and the talent and charisma of each of the players is variable.
That said, the show ended fantastically and my desire to laugh was very much fulfilled.
