I am writing regarding the recent visit I paid to the Worthing woodland protest site at Titmore Woods.

I was greeted by a friendly group of people from a variety of backgrounds and ages in the beautiful, idyllic setting of the woods on May Day.

The site is being maintained very respectfully and the woods are certainly worth fighting for, not only for the ancient woodland itself, but for the peace they provide and the nature that inhabits them. I urge readers to pledge their support and write to their local MP regarding the threat to this area.
