THE clock tower in Brighton city centre has been running 11 minutes slow.
This picture was snapped at 3pm so we should probably face up to the fact the famed clock is a little sluggish.
The tower was completed at the start of 1888 and was built to celebrate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee.
But sharp eyed shoppers and passers by have spotted its tardiness, hoping council workers can get their hands to work.
