For those who'd like nothing more than a meal of starters, here is the tapas of the theatre scene.
A collection of short plays, some cheeky, some poignant, these ten minute slices of life were served up with a healthy dollop of enthusiasm and sauce.
Although some of the dishes were not exactly to my taste, such as a voiceover making a rather ham-fisted point about difference' (in between thunderclaps) to a darkened room, the plays rattled into each other so quickly that there was no time to dwell on one lost cheer.
A great idea and some loveably bizarre mini-plots will ensure that you are left exhausted and entertained. Plus, there are two separate menus of seven plays each, one on each Saturday this month and one on each Sunday, so you might want to take a look at both.
