The Conservatives have secured a comfortable win in Rother.
They kept 28 of the 38 seats on the district council.
Liberal Democrats stay the second largest party with eight successful candidates.
Labour now has no members on the council.
Vice chairman Samuel Souster lost his Rye ward seat to the Conservatives.
Souster was the only Labour district councillor and deputy leader of Labour Group.
Liberal Democrat Sonia Holmes and Conservative David Russell won the ward's two seats.
Independents also lost three seats on the council.
