Green candidates have successfully taken a ward in one of the first shock results of Brighton and Hove City Council's elections.
Labour candidate Roy Pennington, one of the two previous representatives of Regency ward has lost his seat by just over 100 votes.
Hermione Roy, of the Greens, will replace him after winning 781 votes.
Sven Rufus, also of the Green party, won the second Regency seat, previously held by Dawn Davidson, who decided not to stand for re-election.
Mr Pennington said after the count: "The electorate have spoken. I hope the Greens realise how complicated this ward is."
