Henry has spent the last 20 years of his life working in a vault, filing disused and unwanted cassettes chronicling people's lives, but he has never listened to them.
On his last day at work he finds a large package on his desk with a cassette player.
At last, he starts to listen, uncovering extraordinary tales about everything, including himself.
Following its sell-out success at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2006, Daniel Kitson, best known for his stand-up comedy, brings his story of small kindnesses and quiet lives to Brighton for a specially-designed sitespecific performance.
Set in an intimate basement, festival organisers have recreated the cassette archive, allowing the audience to be seated around it and experience at close quarters Henry peeping into other people's lives.
Jane says: "It is very funny and wonderfully written. Kitson's particular style really does make you laugh."
- Starts: 8pm, SOLD OUT
