What is it with Brighton that attracts the lefty, ecofriendly, greeny, arty-farty brigade?
Not content with helping to destroy this once beautiful city with the King Alfred and marina developments, we now have the new kid on the block - "The Lizard" - a bunch of the ugliest-looking properties this side of Quasimodo's backside.
The decision to build these eco-friendly "earth pods" on a stretch of land near the marina just shows how dotty this city is becoming. I'm beginning to wonder if it's something they're putting in the water.
And wow, six of these horrors will be "affordable".
Could the councillors who voted this project through please tell me what sort of workers will be able to afford these properties?
Nurses, policemen, firemen?
Not on your life.
But someone will be able to snuggle up in one with a clear conscience and £500,000 less in their bank account.
