I read the article (The Argus, April 18) about the chap who was "one of oldest employees in Sussex" at 73.
That's nothing compared to a lady I work with. She's a secretary in a solicitors' office in Hove, doing the same job as I do, and she's 86.
She works two mornings a week (she's only recently cut down from four) and is still going strong - she has no intention of giving up work.
She is a real inspiration to all of us, especially me as I am recovering from breast cancer and am determined to be as strong and independent as she is.
Her name is Sheila Allen and she's fantastic.
