Some women dream of being given diamonds and flowers.
But one takeaway boss knows exactly what to give his wife to show her he loves her - a potato shaped like a heart.
Nasser Bandar (corr) of the All in One takeaway in Park Road, Coldean, reached into the sack of spuds when he was making chips and pulled out the romantic vegetable.
His first thought was to give it to his wife Mozhdeh.
He said: "I am going to put it on display to show the customers how much I love my chips, then give it to my wife.
"I have been married for 14 years. I have found the love of my life."
Mr Bandar, 46, said in the past the only unusual vegetables he has found have had rude shapes.
He and his takeaway sprang to international fame in 2000 when impassioned customer Peter Johnson had the name All in One and its phone number tattooed onto his forehead.
The first Mr Bandar knew about it was when Mr Johnson walked into the shop with the permanent marking.
At the time the takeaway boss said he thought the move by the 49-year-old unemployed chef was "crazy", but it proved great for business and All in One was inundated with custom.
Mr Johnson ended up making a number of newspaper and TV appearances, including on the Big Breakfast.
