An inquest is due to open today into the death of a multiple sclerosis sufferer whose husband has been charged with her murder.
Robert Cook, 59, was arrested after police found the body of his wife Vanessa Cook at their home in Camber Close, Pound Hill, Crawley.
He was charged on Tuesday with murder and assisting the suicide of 55-year-old Mrs Cook on October 19 last year.
Cook will appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The inquest into Mrs Cook's death is due to be opened and adjourned at Horsham Magistrates' Court today, a spokeswoman for the West Sussex coroner's office said.
