Places are available for a free course to help people living with long-term health problems manage their conditions.
The Living Well course is aimed at those with chronic conditions such as heart disease, arthritis, back pain, diabetes and ME.
The courses are run by trained volunteer tutors who have long-term conditions of their own and topics covered include relaxation, healthy eating, dealing with pain and tiredness, communicating with healthcare professionals and planning for the future.
The six week course is being run at the Meridian Centre in Peacehaven between 10.30am and 1pm.
The first session is on June 5 and anyone interested should call Margaret Felton on 01273 403609 or Cari Bunker on 01273 403540 to book a place or for more information.
