A man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of his seriously ill wife.
Robert Cook, 59, of Camber Close, Pound Hill, Crawley, was arrested and bailed after his 56-year-old wife Vanessa was found dead at the couple's home on October 19 last year.
Mrs Cook suffered from multiple sclerosis.
Cook was charged after he attended Crawley Police Station today.
He will appear before Crawley Magistrates Court on Monday.
An inquest into Mrs Cook's death is due to be opened on Thursday at Horsham Magistrates Court.
It is expected to be adjourned.
A postmortem was carried out but the results have not yet been released.
