The over 50s are being encouraged to take part in a green workout which keeps people fit through community gardening and conservation projects.
As part of a British Heart Foundation (BHF) campaign, a group from Horsham Green Gym got together for a workout on Monday.
The day included building a stag beetle loggery, which consists of several large logs standing vertically and partially buried in the soil, at New Lane Wood in Southwater, near Horsham.
The BHF campaign is called 30 A Day because the government says everyone should be physically active at least 30 minutes a day five times a week.
BHF features ways to be active such as washing the car, gardening and swimming.
