A man has been found dead in a garage. 

Shortly after 7pm on Wednesday police were called to a private property in Michelbourne Close, Burgess Hill, where a 40-year-old man had been found dead. 

Witnesses reported seven police cars and a fire engine on the scene as they tried to gain access to the garage.

There were no suspicious circumstances and the coroner has been informed.
