Powerful performances will be stirring Fringe audiences at the intimate and versatile Nightingale Theatre.
In line with the Nightingale's creative ethos, many of the productions have been developed with the theatre and there are workshops and post-performance discussions for several shows.
Launching with Lunatics, which explores the effect of Jesus' crucifixion on his supporters, the theatre programme features gems including Edinburgh Fringe hit The Little Girl Who Was Too Fond Of Matches, a vivid portrayal of painter Francis Bacon and an eclectic Nordic Night.
The Nightingale's resident company Prodigal Theatre will premier its new show, Queen Of The Slaughter, at Komedia on Friday, May 25.
Start times 8pm, tickets are £8.50, or £10 for Believe, concessions available. For bookings call 01273 709709, see www.brightonticketshop.com or www.nightingaletheatre.co.uk for details.
